Sponsorship Terms & Refunds:

Scope. These terms apply to our annual Sponsorship (logo on site, link to one website, logo on the Font PDF), separate from the free/donation download of the Madeira/Poncha Font.

Service start. Sponsorships run for 1 year. We usually start displaying your logo/link soon after payment.

Consumers (B2C) — 14-day withdrawal right:

If you are a consumer (not acting for a business), you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a distance contract. If you ask us to start the sponsorship immediately, you’ll owe a pro-rata amount for the days your logo/link were live before withdrawal. After 14 days, the fee is non-refundable for that annual term.

Businesses (B2B):

If you are acting for a business, the statutory consumer withdrawal rules don’t apply. (EU “consumer” = a natural person acting outside their trade/profession.)

Our goodwill guarantee:
Within 30 days of purchase, you may cancel for any reason. We will:

Remove your logo/link and PDF placement, and
Refund the unused portion of the annual fee pro-rata (we may deduct a small one-time setup fee if applicable; disclose the amount).
This commercial guarantee is in addition to any legal rights you have.

Renewal & cancellation:

Sponsorships last one year. If you plan to renew annually, state whether renewal is automatic and how to cancel (e.g., “Cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid renewal charges”). Send a reminder email before renewal for clarity.
